Rooted in Culture. Grounded in Care.

A therapy collective for those navigating life's transitions, recovering from burnout, and coming home to themselves.

Serving BIPOC communities, neurodivergent individuals, young adults, and teens 13+.

You don’t have to shrink yourself here.

Whether you’re in the middle of a major life change, running on empty after years of overachieving, recovering from burnout, or carrying wounds that were never named — you’ve found a space that was built with you in mind.

At the Olamina Wellness Collective, healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It isn’t about performing wellness for other people or checking the right boxes. It’s about coming home to yourself — slowly, safely, and on your own terms.

We are a collective of therapists who are deeply committed to culturally responsive care, decolonial and abolitionist healing frameworks, and neurodivergent-affirming spaces. We don’t ask you to leave any part of yourself at the door.

Culturally Rooted
We don't ask you to leave your culture at the door. Your background, language, family systems, and community are part of your healing — not separate from it.

Radically Affirming

All community members will find this a space that was built with you in mind — not one that merely tolerates you. No pressure to perform neurotypicality. No judgment of your gender, sexual identity, or relationship structure. We are LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and kink community-engaged, friendly!

Decolonial & Abolitionist

We challenge wellness models that center whiteness, productivity, and compliance. Healing here is rooted in your humanity, not your usefulness.

This Space was built for you.

We are not a clinic. We are a collective — a group of therapists who share a common belief that healing must be culturally grounded, affirming, and liberation-oriented. We didn’t build this practice for everyone. We built it for you.
